Captain has the right to cancel a scheduled Charter for any and all reasons. Client has the right to cancel a scheduled Charter within 10 days of the scheduled Charter date and receive a FULL refund of fee(s) paid. If the scheduled Charter is canceled by the Client within 7 days, Set The Hook Charters will retain ALL deposits made.
